ARIES: You didn’t expect this. Instead of trying to apply what’s always worked, you’ll have to get around it some other way. If things are coming undone, it’s always best to acknowledge the fact that you no longer have any control over it. Stubborn by nature, you’re probably thinking it’s safe to keep pushing this rock up a hill. I’m here to tell you that life often calls us to let things roll over us, and wait 'til it all hits bottom before we try to get up again. This is one of those times. Whatever isn’t working needs to fall away; let it go and your life will come together.

TAURUS: You’ve got to figure out how to let go of one thing so you can take care of another. This seems to be real hard for you but it’s necessary. You are surrounded by people who have strong opinions about what you ought to be doing. Even if they happen to be right, if you aren’t there yet, you need to be able to tell them to mind their own business. Any fears about speaking the truth are understandable — but if you feel you can’t be truthful with someone, it’s their problem, not yours. Give that some thought.

GEMINI: You aren’t in junior high anymore but you sure are acting like it. Get a grip. You can behave like a grownup. Whoever is trying to tell you that you’re being too bold, too flirtatious or too confident needs to be reminded what century we’re in. In a way it’s good that they’ve reprimanded you for being yourself. It’s a sign that maybe you don’t need to be dealing with them. Of all people you should know that you don’t want to get stuck with some insecure idiot who’s totally clueless about life and/or the opposite sex.

CANCER: You are under a tremendous amount of pressure to perform. It’s time to make lists and be disciplined about what each hour of the day demands. Under ordinary circumstances this would be easy for you, but things are different right now. There will be lapses in your enthusiasm and wet blankets thrown over your productivity for the next few months. It’ll all turn out just fine but as things crop up you’ll wonder seriously about whether any of this is worth it. Consider the uses of adversity and delayed gratification.

LEO: You don’t know if you’re coming or going but at least you have a sense of humor about it. Recent ruptures seem to have healed miraculously by themselves. The element of communication is so strong right now you can’t believe what your partner is finally willing to share with you. You have learned so much about what love is from this, and it’s bringing you deeper in all your relationships. As for those who keep trying to win you back, at this point they don’t even know you. Forget all that — it’s over and done with.

VIRGO: You aren’t so sure that this is what you want now that it seems like such a hassle to get it. You need to remember that it is impossible to succeed at anything that is not yours to do — so if things aren’t heading where you want them to go it may be that this isn’t where you need to be spending your time. Disillusionment is an issue. People who worship money are making you wonder why greed has gotten to be an epidemic. Just be glad you’re not like that and use their example to remind you never to get that way.

LIBRA: Major decisions all seem to be falling on your shoulders at a time when you don’t really know what you want. Part of you wants to take the hippie approach and drop out or do something off the wall. Another part of you thinks that maybe the straight route would be better. You can’t make yourself decide anything until you know for sure that you can handle being responsible for it. For now, expect arguments over who’s right and who’s wrong to bring you to the realization that you can only do what’s right for you.

SCORPIO: You’ve got to get a few things straight. Inner and outer conflicts of interest are making it difficult to get what you want out of this. Misunderstandings make great distractions, but who needs them? Even though you don’t want to you have to talk this out with someone. As soon as you give a voice to your feelings you’ll see that there’s plenty of room for your needs too. Everyone wants the same thing here — and no one’s judging you. Once you get this weight off your chest you’ll realize that everything’s fine.

SAGITTARIUS: When we lead with our hearts it always gets us into trouble. Living with the side effects of a purely emotional choice has left you wondering why you weren’t wise enough to see this coming. Look at it this way; human beings only learn through experience — and this experience is absolutely necessary right now. If others are unresponsive you might want to consider which parent they remind you of, and thank them for giving you the opportunity to take a look at the wound that brought them to you.

CAPRICORN: There are things that you can’t do anything about. Underneath all of this, what looks bad could actually turn out to be a good thing for you in the long run. If people are acting crazy, don’t expect them to change. The only thing you can change is your attitude toward it all. It might be good to consider getting out. That way, you won’t be in the line of fire. And if you’re worried about what it will cost you, or think that it will look bad if you quit, sometimes it’s better to walk away from things than it is to stand your ground.

AQUARIUS: Relationships are at a turning point and you feel so up in the air. Part of you is still trying to figure out what the hell happened and another part of you is just totally done. You may be questioning too many of your core beliefs to be able to make sense out of this. The whole thing with relationships is something no one has a clue about, so don’t get down on yourself for not knowing what to do. And if you’re getting out of something that you thought would be there forever, get over it a.s.a.p. — because nothing is forever.

Pisces: Recent dilemmas are mellowing out. You have enough peace and serenity to look more towards what kind of changes lie ahead. So much has been resolved after a period of total uncertainty that your spirits are higher than they’ve been in a long time. What looked like it was going to do you in has actually served to move you in a new direction. Now that you see how much you are really capable of you can make different plans and begin to hook up with people who appreciate your desire to step out and be who you are.  | RDW
