ARIES: The best way to get someone’s attention is to ignore them. There’s nothing like indifference to turn on the interest. You may be more partial to the direct approach but in this situation you’re dealing with someone who’s used to getting whatever they want. And it would be wise for you to give them a chance to demonstrate that they are who they pretend to be before you start falling all over them. A little caution and a dose of reserve could show you a lot in a short period of time and save you the trouble of diving into a scenario that may not pan out.

TAURUS: You can’t expect people to want to approach you when every signal suggests that you prefer to be left alone. Whining about your sense of separation doesn’t make sense in light of your desire for solitude. The deeper issue has something to do with whatever you’re hiding. It’s no one’s business but yours – unless you make it so by broadcasting the idea that you want to be close but you can’t bring yourself to go there. Which is it? If you want to end this sense of separation you’re going to have to get over the fear that you’ll lose yourself if you hook up.

GEMINI: Time out will give you a chance to breathe a little life into your dreams. The fast track has kept every dial tuned up and turned on to such an extent that the inner aspect of your life hasn’t had a whole lot of air time. That’s all about to change. Remembering what you’re here for could involve a trip or something that takes you on a mind expanding journey, totally out of time. Don’t let yourself re-enter the real world until you find a new reason for living. On some level you already know what this is; before it can manifest you need to dream it into being.

CANCER: You can’t figure out why people insist on giving you a hard time. No matter what you do it’s not enough. Did it ever occur to you that this isn’t about you? It’s about time you realized that whoever’s out there busting your balls has a habit of putting everyone down just to make themselves feel better? Hello? The minute you decide that you’ve had it with this, whoever’s giving you a hard time will disappear or change their tune. It’s been my experience that; as soon as we choose to stop attracting fascists our relationships begin to take a beneficial turn.

LEO: You’ve had your share of too much stuff. Putting up with it has left you feeling wiped out and perhaps a little desensitized. The endlessness of the rat race makes it difficult to stop and give yourself what you need – but only you can draw the line. Making choices to preserve your sanity could involve giving everything only what it needs. Going all out with every blessed thing makes about as much sense as driving a tack with a sledge hammer. Use some of that energy to put toward the things that are personally meaningful to you and pay the piper only what he’s due.

VIRGO: You have to leave your comfort zone if you want this to work. The irony is, it’s harder for you to relax than it is to keep working so you’re faced with a need to let go and remember how to have fun. It’s hard to say exactly why you’ve turned into a drone. It seems as if your job is the only relationship that gives you anything in return. Retreating into your chores is your way of avoiding intimacy. The next few weeks will take you away from the safety net of responsibilities into a world of joyful reunion. Loosen up. Open your heart to all possibilities.

LIBRA: Your next move is bound to rock the boat but who cares? You’ve got nothing to lose. It almost doesn’t matter how far you decide to take this because others are already expecting a shock and they will be disappointed by anything less. It’s funny how you’ve become such a headliner. Only a year ago you were just like everyone else but scandals of one sort or another have made you the object of more than one conversation. The only way around all this publicity would seem to be a trip around the world or a permanent move to a new location.

SCORPIO: You can’t avoid the truth too much longer. What you keep blaming on others isn’t their fault. The fact that it keeps happening is a small indication that you have something to do with it. If you’re coming up short in the relationship department it’s quite possible that you aren’t willing to accept others for what they are. No one likes to be told what to do and they like it even less when you tell them who they can be. Before you even think about correcting other people’s behavior you might want to check in and ask yourself why you can’t take them as they come.

SAGITTARIUS: You would prefer it if you didn’t have to put up with people’s idiosyncrasies but it’s too late to do anything about it now. Trading favors with someone whose baggage weighs more than whatever they bring to the situation has you feeling a little used. What you fail to understand is the idea that somewhere along the line you overlooked what you didn’t want to see because it was expedient. If what you’re stuck with is more than you can handle you’ll have to find a way to detach and let yourself off the hook before they latch on to you for good.

CAPRICORN: The impulse to make life more of a chore combined with the misguided sense that it’s your responsibility is just your ego needing to be the one who knows the most. You won’t ever get anywhere in the fulfillment department if you keep thinking everything is not only hard but totally up to you. When you really look at what’s out of your hands it includes everything but you. With all your hard won wisdom you still haven’t figured out that life is the end result of the joy that comes from being who we are and doing what we love. Lighten up and enjoy yourself.

AQUARIUS: You just passed up the chance to create a little more freedom. That’s OK. It seems as if you need another lesson in what happens when you chain yourself to a post. If you thought this would make life easier you forgot that money isn’t everything. The time that you sacrifice renting your energy to your employer is worth 10 times what you’re paid for it. It’s common knowledge that life opens up the minute we choose it over money and security. The next time you get a chance to break free of everything that restricts you don’t be afraid to go for it.

PISCES: You didn’t know how far you’d be called to go when you decided to assume your true identity. If everyone else is blown away you’re more amazed than they are. If it bothers you to wonder what others might be thinking it would be more productive to give a thought or two to the deeper issue – and that is; where do you go from here? Getting out of the box was easier than finding yourself on a whole new frontier. Feeling your way in the dark will require you to trust your instincts and open yourself up to the possibility that you can’t get there from here.  | RDW
