ARIES: The question is always about how far we're willing to go. You aren't as sure about this as you would like to be. As much as part of you wants to dive right in and have the experience, you're having second thoughts about putting yourself through the wringer. Not knowing what you'll miss if you decide to let this go, you're wondering if going to extremes is the only way to find out what you need to know. For the time being, it might be best to wait and see. All the facts aren't in, and if this is worth the risk it'll keep until you're clear about it.

TAURUS: You can't deny the need for change. This has been staring you in the face for quite some time. Now that you see that you have no other choice you're in doubt about your ability to handle this. Don't get weird about whatever life is calling you to do; and don't assume that change means throwing the baby out with the bath water. There are ways to get things to turn around without losing the better part of what you've created. Before you can move forward you may have to take two steps back in order to clear the path toward something new and different.

GEMINI: Too many people, too much going on and no time for yourself has turned life into a bit of a zoo. You aren't into this and you'd just as soon drop out for a while. At the moment, your presence seems to be mandatory. Trying to do it all with a smile would be easier if your teeth weren't clenched over some of the things that have come down lately. Projects that looked like they were worth the effort have been screwed up by people who didn't have anyone's best interests in mind. You've had it with trying to make sense of why you bothered to take it on.

CANCER: Petty gossip is more fun when you're not the center of it. The topic of more than one conversation, it's too bad no one really knows what's going on, and even less about whether or not you play into it. You've got your reasons for keeping silent. Jumping in to defend yourself will only make things worse. Situations like this require us to let people think what they want and refrain from over-exposing ourselves to their judgments. You've definitely got the soap opera of the century going on but there's nothing about it that warrants this much speculation.

LEO: Somehow or other you have gotten the wrong impression. Either that or you're taking out your frustrations on someone who has nothing to do with the problem. If apologies aren't already in order you might want to think about being more careful about the way you speak to people. It doesn't matter who's right or wrong; it's time for everyone to pull their heads out of their butts and get over it. A sense of humor would definitely go a long way towards taking the edge off of this. If you didn't take yourself so seriously you'd be laughing at yourself for being such a total idiot.

VIRGO: Getting entangled in a drama that isn't even yours has wasted too much of your precious time. Maybe next time you'll know enough to step back and let it run its course. If I were you I'd lose the need to play the codependent role, because your real gifts will not develop until you release yourself from the urge to always put everything ahead of yourself. You may not realize it but things have changed so completely that the old you isn't even here anymore. As soon as you figure out who you've become you will be able to stop giving all your power away.

LIBRA: If there's trouble in paradise, it's to be expected. Your lessons are coming one right after another and you can't figure out what you did to deserve this. If you've lived long enough to know that life goes up and down you see this as a test and are probably growing by leaps and bounds. If you're having a hard time adjusting to the fact that things are less than perfect you need to open your mind to the idea that your pictures of perfection have nothing to do with you or your life. Before this can change, all of your illusions will have to be exposed to the truth.

SCORPIO: Things seem to be running at cross purposes. You aren't too sure how to juggle too much at once, but you're learning. And it's teaching you so much about the relative importance of "this versus that." You are beginning to see that what we call "crisis" is really an opportunity to blow the dust off our lives. As far as that goes, all of a sudden half of what you're involved in has lost its meaning and you're unclear about what needs to be kept and what needs to fall away. Don't worry about it. Nature will sort all of that out if you just keep remaining true to yourself.

SAGITTARIUS: You've had your share of too much stuff. Putting up with it has left you feeling wiped out and perhaps a little desensitized. The endlessness of the rat race makes it difficult to stop and give yourself what you need — but only you can draw the line. Making choices to preserve your sanity could involve giving everything only what it needs. Going all out with every blessed thing makes about as much sense as driving a tack with a sledgehammer. Use some of that energy to put toward the things that are personally meaningful to you and pay the piper only what he's due.

CAPRICORN: You can't expect people to want to approach you when every signal suggests that you prefer to be left alone. Whining about your sense of separation doesn't make sense in light of your desire for solitude. The deeper issue has something to do with whatever you're hiding. It's no one's business but yours — unless you make it so by broadcasting the idea that you want to be close but you can't bring yourself to go there. Which is it? If you want to end this sense of separation you're going to have to get over the fear that you'll lose yourself if you hook up.

AQUARIUS: You've got differences of opinion that stand to distance you from anyone who doesn't share the same view. As hard as it may be to see it any other way but your own, it would make your life easier if you could open up. If what you crave more than anything is love, what is it that causes you to reject the possibility just because someone does things a little differently than you do? Rigidity about anything is always an indication of resistance. When we push things away nothing comes to us. Get over yourself. You could be having a ball if you weren't so stuck.

PISCES: It's obvious that things are about to take off and you're a little nervous about how it's going to go. I don't blame you, because so much of what you're involved in has an edge to it and things could explode before this turns into a supernova. Part of you is worried about hurting people and another part of you is more concerned with the truth. What you seem to forget is that sometimes the truth hurts. It's not your job to babysit other people's emotional responses — especially now when their feelings seem to be at the heart of what's holding things back.
