Boon Lambics
Fruit beers are a dime a dozen these days. But there are a few breweries who do things the right way. Boon is one of those companies that makes a – and we can't stress this enough, honestly – completely delicious lambic. It is unlike anything you've had before. Each one (Framboise Boon raspberry lambic, Kriek Boon cherry lambic and Oude Geuze Boon traditional lambic) is 100-percent lambic based, containing no sugars, no syrups and no concentrated fruit juice. (There's a reason they're capped with champagne corks.) And did we already mention that, besides tasting fresh and delightful, they're completely delicious?
