Detroit Fashion Week S/S 2012: Kate Lorenz

The opening collection for the Detroit Fashion Week closing night was presented by designer, Kate Lorenz. The collection had fall hues all over it with deep, cool colors, blacks, and burgundies. The velvets and layered designs were also much more Fall than Spring, but the sleeveless mini-dresses and wedding gowns brought it back to right around April. Our favorite parts of the collection was with the sheer blouse, ruffled evening dress, and the rose filigree dress. See below for her full runway showcase.
